Tonio Borg is President of One of Us, and Professor of Public Law at the University of Malta. He is a former European Commissioner (2012–2014). In Malta, he served as Deputy Prime Minister (2004–2012), Cabinet Minister (1998–2012), and Member of Parliament (1992–2012).
